AnimalShelterNet will provide free software as a donated product to
qualifying organizations.

The free software offer is for use of the product on a single PC by a qualifying organization.

For qualifying organizations requiring two or more client stations, AnimalShelterNet
will donate the cost of the first client station license.

Donated product will be distributed to qualifying organizations only.

AnimalShelterNet determines the requirements necessary for an organization
to qualify for this free offer and be included in the definition of a
Qualified NonProfit Organization. AnimalShelterNet may modify these requirements
at its sole discretion.

This offer is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.

501(c)(3) Verification. You will need to provide a copy of the first page of your
determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service. This document shows your
organization is classified under the tax code paragraph 501(c)(3).

Qualified NonProft Organizations must provide welfare services for animals as part of their primary mission.
|
 |
Qualified organizations must use AnimalShelterNet software for its charitable purpose and not sell, trade,
barter, or auction any of the goods donated. Donated products cannot be used as door prizes,
party favors for the general public, sold at auctions or in thrift stores, nor otherwise
distributed outside the eligible organization's charitable purpose to the general public.

The offer is limited to 1 donation per nonprofit organization, and cannot be transferred or resold for any purpose.

Qualified Nonprofit Organizations must represent and warrant that their organization will be willing to provide
information to AnimalShelterNet for the purposes of creating an aggregate statistical
research study pertaining to the intake and disposition of animals in the U.S. Anonymity is
guaranteed unless otherwise authorized by a signed release from your organization.

Specifically excluded from the definition of Qualified Nonprofit Organizations are those
organizations which (i) are educational institutions such as all schools, colleges, universities and
vocational schools or (ii) any form of government agency.

Organizations that advocate, support, or practice unlawful discrimination based on race,
religion, age, national origin, language, gender, sexual orientation, or disability are not
eligible. Organizations must be willing and able to attest
that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to be designated a Qualified
Nonprofit Organization.

Organizations that support violence in any form including sanctioned wars are also
specifically excluded from the definition of a Qualified Nonprofit Organization.

Religious organizations without a secular community designation are not eligible to
receive software through this program. A secular designation is defined as an
organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides
services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief
in a specific faith.
